Meet the Founder
Eunice Edwards
“I’ve always been drawn to the human side of business —mentoring individuals, guiding teams through change, and helping people uncover their potential.”
Hi, I’m Eunice, founder of Projima Coaching.
I bring over 20 years of experience in the commercial sector, where I have held senior roles and led high-performing teams across fast-paced, dynamic environments. Throughout my career, I have always been drawn to the human side of business—mentoring individuals, guiding teams through change, and helping people uncover their potential.
My coaching approach is shaped by real-world experience: I understand the pressures of leadership, the challenges of managing people, and the emotional complexity of career transitions. I also understand what it takes to thrive—not just survive—in demanding professional environments.
I’m a qualified Executive Coach and an accredited member of the Association of Coaching and International Coaching Federation, committed to professional excellence, ongoing supervision, and ethical practice. My coaching style is supportive yet challenging—rooted in curiosity, care, and clarity.
